Through its subsidiaries and variable interest entities, Co. operates an online consumer finance marketplace through its platform registered in the People's Republic of China. Co.'s platform primarily provides standard loan products. Co. does not require security for loan products on its platform. In addition, Co. provides other products. For example, Co. cooperates with several third parties to provide their customers loan products similar to its standard ones but with varied features.
