iShares S&P Latin America 40 Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Standard & Poor's Latin America 40 Index (the Index). The Index consists of selected equities trading on the exchanges of four Latin American countries. The Index includes securities from major economic sectors of the Mexican and South American equity markets. Companies from Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Peru and Chile are represented in the Index. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $658,932,969 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $657,728,003.
