Neuberger Berman Energy Infrastructure and Income Fund is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek total return with an emphasis on cash distributions. The Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets minus liabilities other than the aggregate indebtedness entered into for purposes of leverage in master limited partnerships or limited liability companies that have economic characteristics substantially similar to master limited partnerships (collectively, “MLPs”) (the “80% policy”).
