Novonix is a battery technology and materials business that provides products and services to battery manufacturers, materials companies, automotive original equipment manufacturers and consumer electronics manufacturers. Co. has three operating segments being Graphite Exploration and Mining; Battery Technology; and Battery Materials. The Battery Technology segment develops battery cell testing equipment, performs consulting services and carries out research and development in battery development. The Battery Materials segment develops and manufactures battery anode materials. All activities relating to Co.'s Graphite Exploration and Mining segment are carried out in Australia.
